Although I think that this season's survivors are still no competition for my favorite cast yet, the one of Survivor Tocantins, I think Samoa is going to be fun. The island looks amazing.

Kann ein Mensch "zu glücklich" sein?

So ein kleiner Zusammenbruch hatte sich ja hier und hier schon angekündigt. Gestern war es dann so weit.

Wollte ich mir nur noch 5 Minuten Fernsehprogramm zur Nachtruhe gönnen, schalte den Fernseher ein, und: Personal Downfall. Ich weiß, mit Gejammer hatte ich eigentlich abgeschlossen, aber es gehört nunmal zu meiner Lebensrealität, und da hier nach wie vor das Prinzip Seelenstrip gilt, werden die Tiefs eben genauso ausgelatscht wie die Hochs.

Hatten sie jemals das Gefühl, "zu glücklich" zu sein?

Darf man diese beiden Vokabeln kombiniert überhaupt verwenden?

Sind entsprechend bedingte/ begründete Suizid- Fälle bekannt?

Verstehen sie mich um Himmels Willen nicht falsch, kein Suizid- Gedanke am persönlichen Horizont, es ist die Frage, die mich beschäftigt.

Es begann mit einer Folge Family Guy, die ich noch nicht kannte. Family Guy S04E25 - "You may now kiss the... uh... guy who receives" (enWikipedia Summary | Watch Episode Online), zu deutsch "Sie dürfen den Kerl jetzt küssen." Ganz Großes Tennis diese Folge. Ich liebe Family Guy und lache jedesmal aufs Neue herzhaft, aber was ich über diese Folge gelacht habe, es kam mir bereits ein bisschen merkwürdig vor. Beinahe überemotional.

Danach kam eine uralte Folge South Park, ich also weiter gezappt, steht nicht etwa Benjamin Kowalewicz live auf der Bühne von MTV's Rock am Ring 2009, singt zuerst "Fallen Leaves" und danach "Red Flag", während die Kamera immer wieder auf diese riesigen Menschenmassen schwenkt, die tanzen als gäbe es kein Morgen mehr? An der Stelle mit den tanzenden Menschenmassen, da habe ich angefangen zu heulen. Vor Freude und vor Überwältigung. Ich konnt' nicht mehr. Und ich konnt' auch nicht mehr aufhören.

Billy Talent hatten mit "Red Flag" ihre Show beendet, doch es folgte ein großartiger Clip nach dem anderen. MTV spielt großartige Clips leider immer um die Zeit. Und selbst scheiß Clips fand ich großartig.

Er hier zum Beispiel: Hans Peter Baxxter schmettert "J'adore Hardcore", während unheimlich begabte Tänzer zur Musik wackeln und zucken, dass mir das Herz zerreißt, dass ich nicht jetzt gerade neben ihnen stehe, um mit zu wackeln und mit zu zucken.

Kurz danach Bloc Party - "One more chance"

[Ja, ich habe den Songtext gehört. Nein, ich habe keinen aktuellen, persönlichen Bezug.]

Danach bereits erwähnte Rihanna - "Run this town".

Wiederum kurz danach die Sportfreunde Stiller mit Udo Jürgens - "Ich war noch niemals in New York @ MTV Unplugged"

[Ja, ich habe den Songtext gehört. Ja, ich habe einen aktuellen, persönlichen Bezug. Ein Traum von einem Text. Und raten sie, welche 3 Reiseziele auf meiner Wunschliste die Plätze 1, 2 und 7 belegen? Da habe ich ein bisschen mehr geweint.]

Und als ob es nicht so schon schlimm genug gewesen wäre, folgt den Sportfreunden Clueso mit "Gewinner"??? Ich konnt' nicht mehr. Noch weniger als schon vorher nicht mehr. Ich konnte aber auch nicht abschalten. In Embryostellung eingerollt lag ich in meinem Bett und wartete, dass endlich beschissene Musik läuft. Was gegen zwei dankenswerterweise der Fall war.

Ich muss das aber auch alles mit der ganzen Welt teilen, denn als Neuoptimist erlebe zumindest ich es so, dass meine Wahrnehmung unheimlich geweitet ist (auch wenn ich nüchtern bin), dass ich noch begeisterungsfähiger bin, als ich es früher schon war, und dass auch mein Mitteilungsbedürfnis noch stärker geworden ist. Und dass mein Mitteilungsbedürfnis schon immer stark war, darüber besteht glaube ich keine Diskussion. Entsprechend meinen SMS- Speicher gestern wieder voll ausgereizt und alles ins Handy getippt, ich kann diese Gedanken, Momente und Fundstücke ja nicht einfach so vorbei ziehen lassen. Reizüberflutung und ich flute fleißig mit, stuck on the Überholspur without any Abfahrt to a Raststelle.

Es bestätigt sich eine essentielle Wahrheit des Lebens: Der Mensch sehnt sich immer nach dem, was er gerade nicht hat oder haben kann. Der frustrierte Mensch sehnt sich nach einem kleinen bisschen Glück, der glückliche Mensch sehnt sich nach einem kleinen bisschen Frust.

Und an der Stelle kommt der Trost: Schon in zwei Wochen darf ich wieder arbeiten gehen ;)

Letzte Nacht war eine der schlimmsten Nächte meines Lebens. Weil ich mein Glück nicht ertragen habe.

Wer jetzt nicht denkt "Hält der Junge auch einmal die Fresse und ist einfach nur zufrieden?", sondern mir immernoch Gutes wünscht: Ausgeheult und ausgeschlafen geht es mir heute wieder gut.

Mein Blog feiert heute seinen dritten Geburtstag. Ein schöner Anlass, dem Blog einen längeren Urlaub zu schenken.

Noch im Sommer war ich überdurchschnittlich lebensfroh, wahnsinnig begeisterungsfähig und voller Elan, ganze Kontinente zu regieren. Ich habe Sport getrieben, habe mich gesund ernährt, meine sozialen Kontakte gepflegt, täglich etwas Nettes gepostet und Lieder gepfiffen, während ich durchs Netto schlenderte.

Drei Monate später komme ich nur noch aus dem Bett, wenn ich unbedingt muss, fühle mich von Alltäglichkeiten überfordert und habe wieder Wortfindungsschwierigkeiten. Ich trage mich einmal in der Woche zum Sport, um den Mitgliedsbeitrag nicht ganz umsonst zu bezahlen, gehe so gut wie nicht mehr vor die Tür, halte keinen meiner Gedanken für postenswert und schleiche in gedeckten Farben und mit gesenktem Blick durchs Netto. Auf zwischenmenschlicher Ebene wurde mir zwar ein buchstäblicher Engel gesendet, aber dass eben jener Engel mich gerade so aushalten muss, macht dann eher noch trauriger. Verdient hat er das nicht.

Mein Selbstvertrauen hängt einfach untrennbar an Erfolg und Misserfolg.

Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr habe ich aber keine Lust, diesen Zustand zu zelebrieren. Zu viel Mitleid kann auch frustrieren.

Entsprechend sage ich an dieser Stelle erst einmal Adieu bis zur Regeneration.

Hoffentlich nur kurz. Vielleicht auch etwas länger. Auf keinen Fall für immer.

Morgen sind es nur noch 2 Monate bis zur Wintersonnenwende. Und die Sommersonnenwende liegt dann bereits 4 Monate zurück.

Halten sie die Daumen, dass es sich wieder um ein saisonales Tief handelt.
